Heading East:
Long Island Expressway to Exit 49 South, when you get off you will be on the service road, go two traffic lights and make a right onto Rt. 110 south. After making the right get to your left immediately and make a left at the first traffic light onto Melville Park Rd. Go to second building on your left (black glass building) make a left into the parking lot before the building, park in the back and go in back entrance. When you enter the building - Access is on your right in back of staircase - Suite 115-A

Heading West
Long Island Expressway to exit 49 South, when you get off you will be on Rt 110 heading south, get to your left and make a left at the second traffic light onto Melville Park Rd, after you make the left, go to second building on left (black glass building) make a left into the parking lot, park in the back of building, go in back entrance. When you enter the building Access is on your right, in back of the staircase - Suite 115-A

If you are coming from the Northern State
You would exit at exit 40 South, continue south on Rt 110 until the LIE and follow directions above.
